For a student to participate in KMEA honor groups the sponsoring teacher must be an active member of the Kansas Music Educators Association.

Important Dates
Oct. 30 - Final day to upload mp3 files - $15 per completed audition
Nov. 2 - Judging ends
Dec. 2 - Clinic & Concert @ Dodge City HS - $5 per selected student

Audition Deadline and Judging Information
The deadline for entries to be uploaded and complete is 11:59 PM on Monday, October 30. Judging will take place October 31 through November 2. On Saturday, November 4, the roster will be posted and folders will be available. All directors submitting auditions will be asked to judge.

Fee Invoices
All HS Band fee invoices will be located in each director's Festival Scores account.

Audition Management
We will be using a website called Festival Scores, which is an audition management system. Please find time to create a Director account and familiarize yourself with the system. Here are the basic steps to begin:
  1. Go to FestivalScores.com.
  2. Click on Login.
  3. Select Participating Director.
  4. Create an account.
  5. After logging in, add your School and Student profiles.
  6. Activate Audition Event using the tag shown below.
